JorgObe Skincare Peel Off Mask

Hello everyone, hope you are all well and enjoying this amazing weather we are currently having in the UK! Not sure how I feel about being stuck in the office all week, but at least I can have a quick tanning session on my lunch break.

Anyway, back to the post! I first saw this product being advertised in Facebook. I never really thought anything about it and then I eventually ended up clicking on it to read some reviews and decided to give it a try.

Firstly, I had never heard of the brand and was a bit spectical about whether it was legit and whether it would actually work. After reading some reviews, I decided to put a bottle in my basket and go ahead and order it. It actually arrived pretty quickly, which was surprising considering it came from Sweden or somewhere like that.

I was very excited to try this and was really intrigued at the fact it would peel off. I wasn't quite sure how this black goopy liquid was ever going to dry and peel off. After messily applying this my face (I've resorted in using the back of a spoon), it does take around 30 minutes to dry. I'm not a patient person, so I peel of the dry bits as soon as I feel them.

I have found that this is an okay product. I am not to sure as to whether I would re-purchase it as I can't really see any results. It doesn't really do anything I found. I like the formula and how it works, but I don't think that I can really justify the £22 it costs for something that doesn't wow me. I have a tiny bit left in the bottle, but i certainly won't be re-purchasing it when its finished

I hope you enjoyed this post. Let me know if you have tried this and your thoughts as I would be intrigued to hear about them! Thank you so much for reading!

May Favourites

Hello everyone, hope all is well! Today I wanted to do some of my most recent favourites, be it home, skincare or makeup. If you follow me on Instagram (cough zoebowx/thecousinedit cough) then you will be able to see that I have been loving home interiors recently, probably more then beauty products.

Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede
So this is my second candle and I've just finished my 5th bottle of perfume and that was the big bottle. I absoloutley love this scent for everyday. It's floral and fresh without being too over the top and sweet and sticky if that makes sense. Describing scents is so hard, so I am just recommending if your ever near a Jo Malone shop or stall, go and smell their colognes because I guarantee you will not be disappointed and you will find a scent you love!

Artedona Vase
This case is the prettiest thing I've seen for a while. I am obsessed with rose gold and copper at the moment so the moment I see something in rose gold or copper, I automatically need it. This wasn't the cheapest vase (£80), but it is certainly the prettiest I've ever seen. I have to have flowers in it and although I still haven't managed to fill it with peonies (I can't seem to find them anywhere near where I live) any flower looks amazing in them.

Sigma Brow Powder
After seeing Lauren Curtis on YouTube rave about this product so much, I bought this back in December last year and I've used it pretty much every day since. It's so easy to use and I can literally just turn over in bed, reach for this and voila my brows are pretty much done. I mainly use the darker shade, but occasionally if I have the time I will use the lighter shade from the start of my brows to make it more natural. I will cry when this runs out as I don't remember the website I bought it from back in December!

Inspirational Quotes
As my room is currently undergoing some re-decoration, I really wanted to have some inspirational quotes above my  makeup table. I have it all planned out, so I got Etsy to find some quotes which I love and would help inspire me. I designed one of them myself and I absoloutley love it! I can't wait to put them up and as soon as I have done so, I will of course be doing a blogpost.

MAC 224 Brush
This brush is like the Mecca of all brushes. I love this brush so much I own 2 of them. Perfect for blending out any harsh line whether it's contour, highlighter or eyeshadow. I use this in the morning when I'm rushing to get ready for work just to simply blend a light wash of shadow across my eyelid. I couldn't recommend this brush enough. So much so, I may even buy another one.....

JorgObe Peel Off Mask
I was very intrigued when this kept popping up on my side bar ads on Facebook. It was a brand I had never heard about and a product that I also hadn't heard to much. I am not going to say to much as I want to do a full review on it. However, I can tell you I love it and it's quickly become a new skincare favourite!

Kerastase Oleo Curl
After working in a hairdressers for 2 years i never picked up a single Kerastase product. It was all about KMS. After getting my hair cut short, i really wanted a product that would help enhance my natural curls and create less frizz around them. When my hairdresser recommend this, i was just sold. I had wanted it for a while, but never picked it up as its not the cheapest product. I love this so much! From the fragrance, to the colour (big up anything orange), it really helps my curls and makes them last alot longr and it really helps stop all the frizz, well most of it.

The Fifth Watches
Typically, i have saved the best till last. Everyone, look at my new watch. I mean just look at it. I am so obsessed with this, i want the entire collection. I just love everything about this watch and if you follow me on instagram (@zoebowx) you will have seen it in 90% of my recent posts. I am going to do a full review on it soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

So there we go, my late May favourites! I love writing about my favourites and I think it will definetley help me 'shop my stash' of ridiculous amounts of makeup or just random everyday life stuff! I hope you enjoyed reading!

What's On My Bedside Table?

Hello everyone, hope you are all well! Today I really wanted to do a interior post of my newish bedside table. I am so obsessed with this, so much so I stare at it so much it's almost getting ridiculous.

Anyway, as I have had my room under go a mini makeover (quite a big one actually) I am slowly changing my furniture. The first main essential item I needed was a bedside table. I still actually have my old one, but I wanted a new one to fit in with my room. I actually got this from an antique shop in my local town/village (not to sure what one it is). I can't remember exactly how much it was but I think it was roughly around £100, which I though was really reasonable for a antique piece of furniture.

My top essential product to have in my bedside table is most probably my case of flowers. I always have to have some and they change on a weekly basis. I have yet to find peonys and my peony plants haven't yet produced any actual flowers, but nonetheless I love flowers and they make such a difference to my room.

Next is my Jo Malone candle. This is my second one, which was meant to be a birthday present for someone but I never saw them so I just decided to keep it for myself. This is by far my favourite scent and it really make my room feel more homely and warm and cosy.

For my birthday, my best friend gave me a nightlight which is actually so cute. It does creep me out when I look and it's almost just staring at me, but it's super cute and really completes my bedside table.

Finally, my chopping board. That most probably sounds really weird. I love white and grey marble at the moment, so I found this board and just covered it in sticky back plastic. I really like how it looks against the bedside table and just adds some texture to my room, but in a chic and refund way I feel.

So they are my bedside table essentials. I keep the majority of my stuff in the draws or just on my desk or window sill. I am loving the minimalist look so I do try and have as little as possible on it to be "junk free" (most of its on the bedroom floor)Anyway, I hope you have enjoyed this post and I will type to you soon!

Cowshed Quinoa Hydrating Daily Moisturiser

Hello everyone! I'm back with another post and it's taken me a while to get started, but I have finally sat down (okay I'm watching tele and writing this on my phone) to write a post about my favourite skincare product at the moment. At the moment I have dry skin and at the moment I would say it's dry/oily. I have never suffered with oily skin before and I can't say o enjoy having a disco ball reflecting of my face.

Ever since I went to Turkey with my mum in in April, I have been lusting over this moisturiser. I managed to use my mums whole pot whilst on holiday and since I found out she had another pot, I just had to have it. She actually doesn't lkle the moisturiser which I find a bit odd, but hey ho, each to their own.

The formula and texture of this moisturiser is like something I've never tried or ever seen before. It's almost slightly lumpy and quite a thick consistency. There certainly isn't lumps in the moisturiser, but when I apply this to the back of my hand it almost looks like there is lumps in it.

I love how this applies and sinks into the skin. On my skin it feels like I have a film over my skin once it's sunken in and I love that feeling. It's super moisturising and I can definetley feel the difference after I have applied this.

I think this is around £28 which I don't mind paying (although I didn't buy this so thanks mum) for skincare that's going to work, especially a good moisturiser which I can tell makes a difference. I hope you liked this post and let me know your favourite moisturisers! Thank you for reading!
