Jo Malone

Jo Malone has very quicky become one of my favourite brands this year. The sleek chic packaging, delectable scents and quality products is something that every brand should aspire too and quite frankly Jo Malone wipes it out of the window.

I received a candle this year for my birthday and the perfume. I think I have gone through 4 since last November, so it's hair enough to say I will buy the big bottle next time. Although they aren't on the cheaper side, they are a very luxery brand and they have that luxery price tag too.

I have the scent Peony and Blush Suede which is certainly my favourite and a very Spring/ Summer orientated scent I think. I'm possible the worst person when it comes to describing scents, so fingers crossed this doesn't sound like it smells like shit. It's a very fresh scent with a hint of floral undertones. It's not too overpowering that it's pungent, but it sticks around in a good way. Although I personally feel this scent is a more Spring/Summer scent, I think you can certainly still get away with in these months. However, I think that I would 'need' a autumn/winter scent so a trip to Jo Malone may be needed......

The candle is a more subtle fragrance but more warming as obviously it's hot but it also slightly alters the scent. I also love the fact you get Jo Malone matches when you buy the candle, but I'm easily pleased so that may be why. Again, I feel it's still a Summer scent so I may need a matching candle to my autumn/winter scent.

All in all, this is certainly my favourite brand of perfume and candles for the moment. It's luxery and it lasts and it's homely. What more could you want. I hope you enjoyed this post! Also, my cousin has started a blog so I will leave it here if you would like to check it out. I would it's really good and I'm not just saying that! Zoe xx
